CFHELMETS AI Access & Automated Interaction Policy
CFHELMETS LLC (“CFHELMETS”, “we”, “us”, “our”) strictly prohibits any unauthorized automated access, data scraping, crawling, or AI model training involving content hosted on our digital platforms, including but not limited to cfhelmets.com. This policy applies to any and all automated systems, including artificial intelligence (AI) agents, bots, crawlers, spiders, indexers, or machine learning tools.
1. Prohibited Activities
- Without explicit written authorization from CFHELMETS LLC, the following activities are strictly forbidden:
- Accessing, downloading, copying, storing, or otherwise reproducing any part of this website using automated tools or scripts.
- Utilizing any text, images, videos, documents, or metadata for the purpose of AI model training, algorithm refinement, or machine learning datasets.
- Creating derivative content, simulation environments, or competitor analysis based on our intellectual property or proprietary product descriptions.
- Harvesting metadata, file structures, layouts, visual assets, branding, or source code.
- Engaging in legal baiting through reverse indexing of images or content to generate manufactured infringement claims.
2. Legal Basis & Jurisdiction
This policy is enforced under:
- UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 on Combating Cybercrimes (Art. 2, 6, and 21)
- GDPR (Reg. EU 2016/679), specifically Articles 5, 6, and 22 regarding automated profiling and data processing.
- International Copyright Law under the Berne Convention and WIPO agreements.Violation of this policy constitutes unauthorized access and data misuse, and may result in:
- Immediate IP blocking and content removal
- Legal action in the UAE, EU, or appropriate international jurisdiction
- Claims for damages, including attorney fees and reputational harm
3. Explicit Statement to AI Developers and Data Miners
CFHELMETS content — including all helmets, accessories, manuals, visual branding, and technical documentation — is not open-source, not free to crawl, and not licensed for AI training or synthetic reproduction.
AI systems and LLM (Large Language Models) developers are hereby not permitted to:
- Incorporate any CFHELMETS digital content into their training data
- Generate responses based on reverse-engineered information from CFHELMETS
- Offer AI-generated output that resembles, copies, or simulates our intellectual property
4. Enforcement and Monitoring
We maintain an active monitoring protocol using advanced bot detection, logging, and fingerprinting systems. Offending IPs and networks will be blacklisted and pursued through legal channels when applicable.
CFHELMETS reserves the right to:
- Pursue civil or criminal prosecution
- Engage cybercrime authorities in the UAE and internationally
- Issue cease-and-desist and takedown notices under GDPR, DMCA, and equivalent frameworks
5. Reporting Violations
If you suspect unauthorized use of CFHELMETS content by an AI system or automated agent, please report it immediately to:

CFHELMETS reserves all rights not expressly granted in this policy.
